Having worked with women in the fitness industry for over 20 years I have seen many ages and stages. There are challenges in each stage of life, but the stage of growing a family can be by far the most demanding.
As a busy working mom of 4 teenagers, I know how crazy life can be and how quickly women tend to put their own needs on the “back burner” of life. I want to help set you up for success so you are better able to serve with joy and energy those who you come in contact with each day.
